My career as a personal trainer includes roles at reputable institutions like Megatlon and SportClub where also teach technique classes ranging from aquagym, stretching and yoga to high-energy body pump, combat, CrossFit, LocalMax, Functional, animal Flow, spinning, Weight lifting and Zumba . My goal is to empower others, guiding them toward strength, resilience, and confidence, whether through one-on-one sessions or group programs.
