TeacherStep is a brand of South Carolina Educational Communications (SCEC), a 501 (c)(3) non-profit founded in 1982 that supports South Carolina ETV.All proceeds (money) received from the sales of the Teacherstep courses goes directly to The ETV Endowment in support of Public Educational Broadcasting mission. Our courses may be taken from anywhere and at anytime during a 9-month completion time frame, providing a superior level of flexibility to fit the numerous time demands teachers experience. Our courses are intended for certified teachers who are seeking re-certification, career and salary progression, professional development, and teaching advancement. Through a dedicated team of professionals and professors, TeacherStep stands ready to assist teachers in fulfilling their professional and educational needs. Teachers in all 50 states and at overseas schools have successfully completed these courses.
