My name is Hemeshree, and I am a passionate educator who graduated in September 2022 with a BEd degree. I am eager to bring my energy, compassion, and commitment to my online classroom. I have worked as a private tutor teaching English and Maths to primary school children since graduating. Early this year, I expanded my qualifications with a 120-Hour Advanced TEFL certificate through TEFL Universal, equipping me with practical tools to teach English in engaging and accessible ways. I have supported learners through remote learning, where I embraced digital tools to create interactive, meaningful lessons that kept learners motivated and connected. My professional journey has taken me through diverse sectors both locally and abroad, broadening my understanding of different cultures and enhancing my ability to relate to learners from varied backgrounds. I currently work as a classroom teacher during the day and have been conducting online English lessons part-time for the last 3 months. My students are at different levels of learning and include children as well as adults. I am an easy going person by nature and I understand the complexities of learning a second language. My hobbies include reading, listening to music, cooking, baking and gardening.
