Sarah Espenhahn is a yoga for pregnancy, mother & baby yoga and NCT antenatal teacher, a volunteer and passionate about supporting parents to grow into their new life.
I trained with the NCT to run antenatal courses and yoga, and have been working with parents since 2012. Join me for yoga classes and other maternity-related events here. Classes are face to face, and on zoom at the same time. Single classes or class passes available.
