Hi! I have over six years of experience tutoring online, specializing in English and math for K–10 students—with a few exceptions along the way, including graduate-level nutrition! Teaching is truly my passion, and I hold academics and my students’ growth to the highest standard.
I’m a certified tutor with a master’s degree and a proud member of the National Tutoring Association. My specialties include grammar, reading, comprehension, vocabulary, spelling, phonics, and elementary and middle school math. I also love writing and helping students find their own voice through it.
I’ve had the privilege of working with many neurodivergent and special education students, including those with autism, Asperger’s, dyslexia, ADHD, and various learning differences. My students know me for being patient, compassionate, enthusiastic, and encouraging. I believe that confidence is the foundation of learning—and I work every day to help my students build it. Watching them grow into independent, confident learners is what makes this work so rewarding.
