Grade 3 and Up - Sadlier is a leader in the industry for English Language Arts and vocabulary. Vocabulary Workshop, Progress in English Language Arts, Grammar Workshop - conventions for standard English will be presented in print and digital form.

The Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. Jesus Christ is the central theme of history and authority of what men say, do, or believe. Teachers will strive to integrate Biblical truth into each subject area as well as in "teachable moments" throughout the day. We believe that a proper relationship between family, church, and school is essential to Christian education. It is the responsibility of the parents to teach and train a child. St. Mark Christian Academy, is an extension of the educational process of the home. Will be taught by Sister Verena and Father Mina.

Physical education provides cognitive content and instruction designed to develop motor skills, knowledge, and behaviors for physical activity and physical fitness. All students will be receiving physical education classes twice per week.

STEM education is al learning pedagogy in which the application of knowledge and skills are integrated through in-context projects or problems. Makerspace - Makerspace builds on a constructivist ideology to form a constructivist and constructionist approach to education. The primary goal is to have learners create their own knowledge by creating and interacting with physical objects. It has clear connections to self-directed learning.

Research suggests that promoting movement and activity in young children can help increase memory, perception, language, attention, emotion and even decision making. When language is combined with movement, learning increases 90 percent. In addition to regular music classes, teachers will be using "brain breaks" to keep students moving and mindful through "Go Noodle" and "Kids Yoga.

Social Studies Weekly - A student-friendly core curriculum which is organized thematically to the social studies strands of civics and government, geography, economics, and history, all within a student-friendly periodical format and robust online learning platform.

Working in the arts helps learners to develop creative problem-solving skills. Art instruction helps children with the development of motor skills, language skills, social skills, decision-making, risk-taking, and inventiveness. "Deep Space Sparkle", "Kinder Art," and "Art is Fundamental" are some resources to be used.

American Sign Language - is a visual, gestural language. Today thеrе are оvеr 4,000 ASL ѕignѕ in use. "ASL Kids" has many resources for school and home use to help our children master American Sign Language. Spanish - together with our online program, "Dino Lingo" as well as print and digital resources, our students from Pre-K up will be learning basic communications in the language.
Arabic - simple Arabic, songs, naming objects, short common phrases.
