Pickard Language Tutoring

I am a native French speaker, a language enthusiast and a mother of two young children. We are a bilingual family as my husband and I both speak French and English to our two little ones. I am based in Chepstow, Monmouthshire. I spent my whole childhood in Brittany, France and I have lived in the UK since 2007. After completing my degree in English Literature and English History in France, I worked as a language teaching assistant in a secondary school for a year, immersing myself into a different and exciting new education system. The creativity and interaction of how languages were taught made me want to stay and to qualify as a language teacher. In 2009, I successfully obtained a P.G.C.E. in Modern Foreign Languages from the University of Bristol. I have since worked in a variety of settings with learners of different abilities and ages.
