Pathfinder was founded in 1991 by Mr. Debdutta Sreemany a Visionary Educationist, Literary figure, renowned artist & entrepreneur. In his last two decades of edu - journey he has established the Brand across the country. Today pathfinder is not a mere Coaching Institute, it is in the true sense a place for mentoring students for many prestigious professional examinations of the nation. The farsightedness of the visionary Chairman proved again when JEE included the weightage of Board % in the selection criteria as Pathfinder has started Board coaching of all the Boards since its inception. Today, Thousands of students are studying separately in the CBSE, ICSE and State Board Tutorial Classes. It is also grooming the young talents from class VII onwards to compete nationally for different examination through its Foundation Classes. The institute has its own Study Centres which offer Classroom Programmes for IIT-JEE in West Bengal, North East region of India, Jharkhand, Bihar & Rajasthan. These study Centres are established and managed by Pathfinder. As of now Pathfinder has 42 Study centres with thousands of students. The institute has made associations with some of the reputed schools across the country for the Integrated In-School Classroom Programmes for the preparation of IIT-JEE. Pathfinder’s Non-Classroom-Programmes (NCRP) are always high in demand through which thousands of students are benefited. NCRP is tailor made for the students who because of some reason cannot attend classes. The top notch faculties and thoughtfully designed course material is the core strength of Pathfinder.

Stepping ahead, Pathfinder launched iLeap to provide best coaching to the aspirants of all govt. jobs. iLeap is the infant prodigy of Pathfinder hence in a short span of time it spreads its wings all over West Bengal with the courses like WBCS, SSC, PSC, School Service Commission, Bank and Railway Board, Examinations.
