Literacy Volunteers of Otsego & Delaware Counties

Teaching basic literacy skills to adults for free in Otsego and Delaware and Chenango Counties. We match volunteer tutors with students in need of the basic reading and writing skills they need to succeed. We provide volunteering opportunities in Otsego and Delaware counties.
