Owner and director, Christina Lazar was a teacher in CMS for several years before branching out in 2007 to create The Lazar Center. With the goal of helping to individualize instruction and tutoring for students in a way that wasn't always possible in the classroom setting, Christina began to see remarkable results in her students achievement, confidence and organization. Little by little she grew The Lazar Center to be what it is today: a highly acclaimed, award winning learning center that has served hundreds of families in Charlotte, NC over the last 10 years. Her team consists of highly qualified educators from several unique backgrounds who believe that all children can be successful and achieve greatness.
