Sentinel is a workforce development and career training program designed to prepare participants for roles in concierge operations, safety patrol, community health and safety support, incident documentation, customer service, and property operations.
The program transforms compliance training into a mission-driven career pathway. Instead of treating policies, reports, incident forms, and safety procedures as administrative tasks, Sentinel teaches participants that accurate documentation, professional communication, and responsible escalation are essential tools for protecting residents, supporting property managers, strengthening communities, and creating long-term career mobility.
Sentinel is built around three core outcomes:
Community Health & Safety — creating safer, more responsive residential and community environments.
Customer Service & Resident Experience — training workers to communicate professionally, de-escalate concerns, and support residents respectfully.
Incident Management & Reporting — preparing workers to observe, document, escalate, and report incidents clearly, accurately, and ethically.
Sentinel does not train participants to act as law enforcement, licensed investigators, or emergency responders. Instead, the program trains participants to serve as professional front-line observers, documentation specialists, safety ambassadors, and operational support personnel.
