About

I see my role as facilitating a true connection between a student and a college admissions board by helping to craft an essay that offers an authentic glimpse of the real person behind grades, scores, and accomplishments.

I taught English at Hopkins School, Choate Rosemary Hall, and Pomfret School. A published writer, my undergraduate degree is from Colgate University (NY) and my Masters is from Wesleyan University (CT).

I was the Presidential Scholars Nationally Recognized Teacher from Connecticut, and won the Faculty Award.

Writing college recommendations became a superpower, and I find the college application process to be one that warrants extra support and a wise guide for students.

I also own a thriving dog training center , and keep writing and literature alive in my life by teaching college classes and tutoring.
