Founder Ryan is a native Hesperian who spent five years in Los Angeles studying mathematics, studying photography, playing violin in various orchestras, and teaching motorcycle riding skills and safety. Thereafter, he transferred to the University of California, Davis to pursue a degree in General Mathematics (a rigorous mixture of pure mathematics and applied mathematics). He is now back in Hesperia, CA.
