About

Education Plus has served students and families in the Greater Philadelphia area for more than 38 years. Our students attend a variety of educational institutions, including public school districts and private schools throughout the suburban Philadelphia region. Education Plus is based in Jenkintown, and was founded by Mitch Blatstein. With a master's in applied psychology, a bachelor's of business administration in marketing, and private school teaching experience, Mitch brings a wealth of knowledge to Education Plus. His diverse background has given him a thorough understanding of the many approaches students take to learning. Mitch's professional and volunteer experiences, both inside and outside of the classroom, have furthered his commitment to helping people broaden their education.

event_available Psycho-Educational Evaluation Administered by certified school psychologists, this 2-day evaluation provides you with a greater understanding of your child's IQ, achievement levels, learning preferences and differences, and overall self-esteem. Based on our findings, we make recommendations relative to school and family environments, which include techniques to facilitate learning.
event_available Study Skills Improvement At our tutoring company, we offer support for students who may need to strengthen their organizational strategies, motivation, time management, reading and writing methods, and memory. Your child will be a successful student after our services.
