It is an initiative to build strong relationships through the customer engagement process where a customer has the option of verifying the identity of the sales or service eurochamp who has come to his door step through a confirmation over the phone which is enabled by a unique identity card and a password.

This vertical caters to corporate training needs at all levels namely functional, behavioral, and skills specific. The specific work here is based on consulting, training, development and also to assist companies with assessment centers and capability development initiatives.

This vertical comprises of industry events, seminars and conferences and the main purpose is to benchmark best practices in the industry and also give all sales and service professionals an opportunity to interact with each other on an ongoing basis.
