Awareness Through Movement (ATM) group classes are a great way to find balance in yourself and in life. Suitable for anyone from gardeners, desk workers, people who are on their feet a lot or those who experience pain relating to everyday activities. It’s also for musicians, athletes and those interested in self-discovery and mindfulness. In an ATM small, sequential movements build up gradually allowing everyone to go at their own pace.
