CSUF Women's Leadership Program

Welcome to the CSUF College of Business & Economics Women's Leadership Program LinkedIn Page. The Women's Leadership Program was developed to help women achieve equity at work in pay, treatment, and advancement. The program explores the challenges of the underrepresentation of women in top leadership positions and offers creative solutions and training to female students. Program admission is a competitive process and students must maintain a 3.0 GPA in order to qualify. The program is entirely funded by private, corporate, and philanthropic donations.
