Sports law and dispute settlement

One of the main objectives of the sports law course is to familiarize students with the legal framework that governs the sports industry. This includes an overview of the various governing bodies such as the International Olympic Committee, the World Anti-Doping Agency, and various national and international sports federations. Students will also learn about the legal structures of different sports leagues and associations and how they enforce and maintain their rules and regulations.

The sports law course examines the legal aspects of dispute resolution in the sports industry. This includes the role of arbitration and mediation in resolving conflicts between athletes, teams, and sports organizations.
