Bay Area Learning Center is owned and operated by Wendi Marcelle and Stephanie Landreneau. Wendi and Stephanie are certified teachers with over 30 years of combined educational work experience. Each ofour teachers and tutors are carefully selected to provide a wide range of expertise in various subject matters. Our teaching staff are highly qualified educators with a passion for helping students achieve their goals. We offer private one-on-one tutoring session on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment.

ACT & SAT Prep The test is standardized, But you don’t have to settle for a standardized test preparation program! We offer individualized one-on-one and group instruction conducted by certified teachers. After School Classes Ward Elementary School : Conversational Spanish will be held every Tuesday at Ward Elementary from 3:00 to 4:30 for ages 5 & up focusing on making learning a second language FUN and interactive. Students will have an opportunity to learn the basics of the Spanish language, including colors, numbers and greetings. A weekly lesson plan will be sent home to parents to help parents reinforce at home. Schedule: Classes will be held every Wednesday at Brookwood Elementary from 3:15 to 4:15 in the computer lab. Children must be picked up by 4:30 every Wednesday in the front of Brookwood in the car rider line. Falcon Pass Elementary : Classes Offered @ Falcon Pass Elementary: Computer & Typing Skills : Weekly Monday class will offer typing and computer skills to students ages 7 & Up. Our focus will be on proper keyboarding finger placement and increasing speed. Students will be introduced to MS Word and MS Powerpoint and taught basic through intermediate user skills. They will learn how to make animated and interactive presentations, invitations and documents that will be fun and aid them in future school projects. Conversational Spanish : It will be held every Wednesday at Falcon Pass Elementary from 3:15 to 4:15 for ages 5 & up focusing on making learning a second language FUN and interactive. Brookwood Elementary Class Offered @ Brookwood: Computer & Typing Skills / Weekly Wednesday class will offer typing and computer skills to students ages 7 & Up.
