Hello….Myself Roopesh Kanwar.After devoting a long 20+ years to a successful legal profession, when I decided to chase my passion in the World of Culinary then there was no looking back. I used to bake and cook whenever I found time and share it with my family and friends. I am a complete foodie. I love to experiment with food, innovation and fusion in food. I learn from everyone even from my students. Then, opening a restaurant in year 2018 was a turning point. Thereafter I founded Bake One Two Culinary and Baking Studio, to share and teach baking and culinary skills. It feels great to share my knowledge and skills with everyone. The pandemic in 2020 provided a new opportunity, we started our online workshops and now we have students joining from all over India. I owe a lot to my family and friends who stood behind me. I am also blessed to have such a supporting and motivating wife, my soul mate Kalpana Dadwal, who supports, encourages and motivates me in my growth and success.
