In 2010, Andrew Maroun, Managing Director of AM Tutoring, began working one-on-one with two mathematics students in Sydney’s Inner West. Slowly, and purely through word of mouth, that number grew, and he spent the following few years travelling from one student’s home to another.
By 2014, and struggling to keep up with demand, Andrew decided to open a small place of business in Merrylands. The business expanded its services to cater for students from Grades 7-12, working individually and in groups, with a focus on English and Mathematics.
In 2019, AM Tutoring had outgrown the small space and it was time to relocate to a larger premises in Pendle Hill. Pendle Hill offers 10 vibrant classrooms, study hubs, reception and waiting space, as-well as a kiss and drop service.
As of 2023, AM Tutoring has opened a second premises in Telopea which offers 3 vibrant classroom, study hubs, reception and waiting space. Today the business caters to students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 and offers group and individual sessions in various subjects.
